Job Description
- Assist the Design Manager in the production and management of the design program and Information Required Schedule.
- Assist Fashion Design Manager in completion of all the designs sheets.
- Follow-up the merchandisers to ensure all the original samples return back.
- Normalization all the Original samples and library samples “Department, original brand, size, original price.
- Documented all the original samples data to POS system.
- Assist in coding and picturing Samples
- Upload samples on Wiki and production System right after buying samples and make sure that all styles on wiki.
- Assist to punch all the samples that need fabric and send fabric swatch and samples to China.
- Documenting the meetings results.
- Documenting the approved samples and fabric on wiki and production samples.
- Assist to make Season Color card booklet.
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring technical and design information
- Assist in preparing reports
Job Requirements
- Proficient in of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Have an understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of Collection, international and national market trend, colors, Embroidery and patterns.
