Job Description
Offline Role:
- Maintain and updated customer databases (mobile numbers, emails) through our branches to execute emails and sms campaigns
- Managing the offline marketing materials
Online Role:
- Build the company's online Presence and brand
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (Text, images, videos or HTML) that builds meaningful customer interaction
- Manage company social media pages within each platform
- Manage digital designs
- Manage company's search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Create Online Marketing Campaigns
- Use Google analytic tools
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media or related field
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
