Job Description
- Arrange Patient's appointments/Reminders
- Inform Both Patients and Doctors with these appointments
- Check in and Check out with incomers
- Following up the Patients Labs
- Upload Documents on our system
- Supervise office Maintenance and Cleaning
- Create Daily Reports
- Assist Manager in Reaching Targets and develop performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is Required
- Proven Office management, administrative and assistant Experience
- Knowledge of office management skills and procedures
- Excellent Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent Written and verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Organisational , Planning and Customer Service Skills
- Good Command of English is a Must
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel
- Presentable,Flexible and Good Interpersonal Skills
