Job Description

  • Arrange Patient's appointments/Reminders
  • Inform Both Patients and Doctors with these appointments
  • Check in and Check out with incomers
  • Following up the Patients Labs
  • Upload Documents on our system
  • Supervise office Maintenance and Cleaning
  • Create Daily Reports
  • Assist Manager in Reaching Targets and develop performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is Required
  • Proven Office management, administrative and assistant Experience
  • Knowledge of office management skills and procedures
  • Excellent Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent Written and verbal Communication Skills 
  • Strong Organisational , Planning and Customer Service Skills 
  • Good Command of English is a Must 
  • Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel 
  • Presentable,Flexible and Good Interpersonal Skills
