Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Revising, audit all financial transactions and prepare all required adjustment entries.
- Have the ability to create and analyze (cost/profit) centers and assigning all transactions to each division.
- Prepare financial statement analysis; including Balance Sheet & Income Statement information annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts.
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.
- Provide information for internal and external auditors to facilitate audits of financial statements.
- Maintaining and monitoring bank affairs including Bank reconciliation report to Financial Manager to check and verify bank balances and transactions on a monthly basis and prepare cash position reports of the bank on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Responsible for all tax issues including preparing monthly sales tax report, quarterly salary tax,withholding purchasing tax and finalizing tax settlement.
- Handling any other accounting tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar field.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent analysis skills.
- Good experience in all bank facilities.
- Strong knowledge with all tax laws.
- Capable to lead a team.
