Job Description
- Manage and utilize customer service team members to ensure order handling achievement
- Develops and implements process and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage Invoicing process within the department to ensure all sales are invoiced with right prices and allocated to respective customers
- Manage service complains by investigation; to ensure complaints are reduced to the minimum
- Monitor Returned Goods ; by monitoring the mains reasons and putting proper controls to ensure RMA are to the minimum level
- Monitor OTIF results by following up with relevant departments to ensure objective is achieved
- Managing Communications with relevant departments within the supply chain to ensure correct information flow is provided
Job Requirements
- Arabic & English Speaker is a must
- 7-9 years of experience in Operation, Supply Chain ,Logistics or similar field
- Bachelor Degree is a must
