Internship Description
In SlickBlox we are developing the next cutting edge Internet of Things (IoT) solution that will enrich our customer's' life and create a new horizon of automation and business related applications. We invite you to be part of our world class team and share us the fun and proud work.
Your role in this internship will include designing and building IoT solutions, working directly with our senior designers and solution architect to address hardware and software problems. If you are up to the challenge then apply.
As an intern you will assist the Engineers to
- Develop intuitive mobile Apps on either iOS or Android
- Develop mobile applications that interact with different hardware and software systems, and our cloud infrastructure through REST APIs
- Plan and design security and privacy related features
- Deal with designers and assets
- Ensure that usability features are met and that user experience is smooth.
Internship Requirements
- Solid understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns
- Solid understanding of data Structures and algorithms
- Understanding of DB engines, DB design and performance, NoSQL is a plus.
- Familiar with unit testing and TDD
- Familiar with version control tools
- Experience in one or more of following technologies
- C/C++,
- Java HTML, JavaScript
- Node.Js, Ruby, Python, REST APIs
- Linux and shell scripting
- IT Security concepts, authentication techniques
