Job Description
- Create, develop and manage content for company website, including writing, editing and managing content
- Manage the day to day social media channels including content publishing, performance analytic, and conversation listening
- Strategize opportunities to grow social audiences and build audience engagement
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Respond to posts and product reviews, and where appropriate, redirect them to customer support team
- Monitor competitors and their impact on our ability to be more successful

- Strong copy writing skills for online marketing and search engine optimization
