French Customer Service Representatives (Fluent French and Good command of English) are needed for a well-known Canadian Account in Sutherland Global Services Company.
The purpose of this position is to answer customer calls; provide first-level trouble-shooting (if a customer complaint) and/or provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.

Job Requirements
- University Graduate is a must.
- Fluency in French and Good Command of French Language.
- 0-1 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
- Able to work on Rotational shifts basis (night and over night shifts in a very safe environment, with door to door transportation)
- Gender: M/F.
- Alexandria resident is a must.
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
