Job Description
- Prepares timing plans, co-ordinates the activities necessary to ensure the successful introduction of new products, product design changes, modifications, and engineering change.
- Prepares and evaluates the full implications of changes and implements the changes that are required, signing off of new products, equipment, tooling, layout requirements.
- Responsible for engineering documentation eg FMEA, control of document & Assists in Engineering and product Quality manuals.
- Ensures that all relevant manufacturing information are correctly structured and maintained.
- Ensures compliance with the relevant statutory, Company, customer, supplier, quality regulations/procedures
- Co-operates and communicates with customers and/or any other external body in order to meet the objective of developing and/or introducing a quality product in a cost effective manner.
- Ensures the continuous improvement of methods, tooling, equipment, systems, identifying problems in manufacturing and solve using appropriate techniques.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Engineering (Mechanical - electrical)
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle conflicts.
- Ability to handle different tasks in the same time.
- Basic knowledge about Lean Manufacturing and six sigma.
