Shamseya for Innovative Community Healthcare Solutions is an Egyptian non-profit company established in 2012 which aims at creating sustainable community-based interventions for healthcare challenges, supporting enterprises in positively impacting their beneficiaries’ health and promoting social accountability and community-inclusion in health-related policy decisions.

Job summary

The position described is entirely dedicated to the "eghospitals.com" project. It entails:

• Executing the national plan while following-up with the project director.
• Managing local and national teams and observing their work progress.
• Extending the project’s scope of action by holding new local partnerships and trainings.
• Managing the project's finances and documenting all costs.
• Attending meetings with local and national partners.
• Revising documents and/or publications released about the project.
• Maintaining communication with different partners including local and national NGOs, international organizations and governmental bodies.

Working conditions:

• This is a full-time job.
• The main working place is in downtown Cairo, yet field visits, meetings and trainings will be held at least per month outside of Cairo.
• Starting time is expected to be by the beginning of July 2016.
• There will be a three-month probation period, after which, a decision about employment will be made.
• In the first two months of the probation period, all tasks are to be carried out with close follow-up by the project’s director.

• The reliability of the final product of eghospitals.com is essential, to achieve this, precision and detailed systematic revision of every step of the project are necessary.
