Job Description
- Develop Packaging design and approve the samples in line with printing service provider
- Approve packing prices with suppliers
- Design the initial new products prototype
- Review the initial samples for new projects
- Coordinate with Mould department the new product project
- Approve new Moulding systems with Mould manufacturers
- Approve the initial product samples with Mould Manufacturers as per design and specs
- Approve and launch the new projects for operations execution
- Set product technical specs in coordination with production and quality departments
- Manage Bill of Material (BOM) on the Oracle ERP system
- Standardize products manual as per set standards
- Design the initial estimation cost for new projects
- Develop the technical profiles for current and new projects
- Identify the operational standards for new and current projects
- Survey, analyze and set action plans for slow moving products in the market for development and improvement process
- Identify non-conventional alternatives and tactics to improve current products sales mix (volumes and values).
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. from any discipline, B.Sc. Fine Arts is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of which in a similar position.
- Graphic programs (Adobe collection)
- Basic knowledge of Mould modifications/ Fixture
- Offset Printing
- BOM knowledge
- Oracle knowledge is preferable
