Job Description
- Receive loading plan from operations executives
- Allocate appropriate personnel to fulfil the loading requirements
- Source, train and supervise personnel that will oversee the physical loading processes
- Update personnel ledger as per loading requirements with regards to work days
- Coordinate the payment for work days with the finance department
- Coordinate the arrival of vehicles at loading locations
- Record vehicle time and time out in operations ledger
- Inspect vehicles and insure they are up to the specifications required
- Oversee the physical loading process and resolve any issues that may arise
- Receive cargo on behalf of MESCO
- Insure that cargo is stowed/stuffed correctly prior to the departure of the vehicles
- Learn documentation process from clients and execute as per requirements
- Manage the flow of documents to and from MESCO and clients
- Handle cash on behalf of MESCO
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience logistics operations
- Good command of the English and Arabic languages
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High time commitment
- Patience, and the ability to deal with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- The ability to manage truckers in stressful situations
