Job Description:
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Handles all accounting and bookkeeping for the company.
- Maintain and manage all financial records, balance sheet, inventory, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
- Coordinate with financial auditor and resolve all issue with relevant governmental authorities.
- Reconciling of bank statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assigned
- Prepare periodic financial statement of the company.
- Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
- Manage the Human Resources related work to his/her responsibilities. (payroll, social insurance, etc)
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- College Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and MS Excel.
- Proficient to speak and write in English
