Job Description
- Prepare business development plan of the travel product to enhance and maximizing the revenue and growth ratio of the portfolio of travel.
- Ensure providing efficient training on the travel system to the span of brokers, agents and direct clients.
- Ensure nil complaints of the key clients through developing solid business relationship.
- Ensure 100% control of the captive accounts via monitoring and tracing such account during the year.
- Ensure proper marketing of the company’s technical capabilities according to the U/W Standard and strategies set forth by the end of the year.
- Ensure prober analysis and statistics of the current portfolio concerning the captive business during the year.
- Ensuring maximizing portfolio of brokers and agents.
Job Requirements
- University degree
- Very Good command of English Language – computer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
- Sales oriented
- Insurance background is a plus.
