Job Description

  • Answer telephone, 
  • screen and direct calls. 
  • Take and relay messages. 
  • Send faxes and receive faxes and distribute them on concerned parties. 
  • Provide information to callers. 
  • Greet customers entering organization. 
  • Deal with customers' queries whether on the phone or in person. 
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization. 
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support. 
  • Prepare correspondences and internal documents and memos. 
  • Schedule appointments. 
  • Perform basic filing, and clerical duties. 
  • Schedule and follow-up General Manager's meetings. 
  • Attend to all tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Female is a Must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English.
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.
  • Professional working attitude.
  • Presentable.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.
  • University degree.
  • Mastering Microsoft Word and ability to use Excel.
  • Excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Listening, Professionalism, and Customer Focus
  • Strong organizational skills -
  • Handles Pressure
