Job Description
- Answer telephone,
- screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Send faxes and receive faxes and distribute them on concerned parties.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet customers entering organization.
- Deal with customers' queries whether on the phone or in person.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondences and internal documents and memos.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.
- Schedule and follow-up General Manager's meetings.
- Attend to all tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.
- Professional working attitude.
- Presentable.
- Multitasking and time management skills.
- University degree.
- Mastering Microsoft Word and ability to use Excel.
- Excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English
