Job Description
- Act as a primary interface with ERP provider for technical questions and issues.
- Monitor and maintain ERP system security.
- Responsible for backup plan for ERP system.
- Experience in business workflow (retail stores is preferred).
- Instruct and train users in the functionality and use of software applications.
- Create, obtain and maintain training documentations.
- Develop queries and BI reports in support of business operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that ongoing reporting needs are met.
- Responsible for inserting Master Data and maintain transactions.
- Perform technical support to troubleshoot. Analyze, assess and escalate complex system support problems that affect system operations
- Available for supporting any issues related to ERP system in stores either by phone, remotely or by visit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant computer science or Accounting with IT experience.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP administration and support
- Good knowledge of business process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player and able to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- Reporting skills.
