Job Description
- Receive and respond phone calls.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail, telephone.
- Responding and contacting with clients through social media.(Facebook, website, LinkedIn…..)
- Posting, answer questions….
- Send mail shoots twice a week for a selected customers.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly target.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and satisfy each customer’s wants and needs.
- Following up with clients.
- Build database.
- Sharing all posts on social media channels (Facebook/ Linked in) on all the segmented groups on a weekly basis.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your Manager
Job Requirements
- Good telephone manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of basic business principles
- Experience in sales experience in making presentations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
