Job Description
- Understand Oracle products and UCIS services and competitive issues
- Create customer database per Industry & Territory.
- Identify opportunities, create leads and take appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- Develop creative propositions aimed to specific Industry sectors.
- Follow up leads generated with Account Managers
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.
- Maintain the database to a high degree of accuracy
- Ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support achieving sales objectives.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Attend bi monthly meetings with the Corporate Account Managers to update information and discuss any issues.
- Daily status reporting to direct manager
- Update customers’ data with their current detailed IT status
Job Requirements
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in service industry – Preferred.
- 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a Proactive telesales role (excellent telephone skills)
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English Languages (written and oral).
- Proficient with MS Office
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Creative Thinking.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to deal calmly with high stress situations.
