Job Description

Position Objective:
  • Leads development of sales plans to meet Five Stars' Group company objectives of sales in the market. It involves improving and strengthening relationship with existing clients and generating new business leads.
  • Must balance the needs of the customer with the goals of the organization.
  • Knows how to successfully compete against others in the same market by articulating the unique value or distinguishing quality of the company’s products or services.
  • Monitors sales activity and actively seeks ways to upsell products and services, and also utilize a successful client retention strategy and generate referrals from existing clients.
Tasks &Responsibilities:
  • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s jobs.
  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their work.
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
  • Identifying shrinking accounts to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
  • Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.
  • Recruiting and training new account executives.
  • Receiving and making reports.
  • Responsible for the team’s achievement.
  • Focusing on the customer needs.
  • Present marketing solutions to the client.
  • Update the clients with all the new products and materials that the company has.
  • Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
  • Writing client reports;
  • monitoring the effectiveness of the jobs.
  • Undertaking administration tasks.
  • Following up with the clients
  • Arranging and attending meetings.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Perfect command in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced computer skills (Design knowledge, mailing, quotations and presentations).
  • Diploma or equivalent in Sales and marketing.
