Job Description
- Execute all operations related to Import & Export Procedures.
- Follow up on the shipping lines for schedules & tracking shipments.
- Prepare "form 4" request for the bank and all of the related documents to the bank.
- Follow up with the bank to receive the documents.
- Starting customs procedures with freight forwarders & following-up till releasing the shipments & receiving it in plant.
- Follow up on daily basis the customs broker to clear the shipments.
- Review of shipping documents.
- Facilitates the distribution requirements planning process to insure timely and accurate product delivery, which includes product movement from warehouses and formulators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (logistics, Faculty of commerce or business administration).
- FMCG Background.
- Owning a car in a good condition.
- Good command of English language.
- Good communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
