Job Description

The primary purpose of the Business Development Executive role is to plan and perform sales and marketing efforts of our full range of services and applications. Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, the functions of this role shall be done using all principles of good salesmanship, including client visits, telephone selling, group selling, territory and account management, plus participating in technical and professional associations. The incumbent will be responsible for developing complete proposals for the Company in conjunction with the Operations Department staff and/or corporate staff.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Build strategic partnerships with our most important segments;
    • Construction projects.
    • Building refurbishment projects.
    • Construction companies.
    • Factories and Industrial Areas.
    • Consultancies.
  • Create high-profile, deep and wide relationships with engineers and other professionals handling construction projects, construction firms, and engineering consultant offices to develop long-term efficient and successful relationships.
  • Perform sales support to consistently meet overall area sales goals.
    • Make regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
    • Make effective customer presentations, works with Technical office to produce proposals and pricing are accurate and technically correct. This may include walk-through customer site, and field visits.
    • Sell Company remedial services and solutions and other professional services.
    • Develop new accounts, sell national accounts and make sales calls on all levels.
  • Perform marketing support to promote the Company’s image throughout the industry.
    • Create customer satisfaction surveys and handle client complaints.
    • Implement are-marketing plan on monthly basis.
    • Assist corporate needs in new services assessments, market research and literature development.
    • Bring input and new ideas on Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Perform public relations to promote sales.
    • Active participation in Job Fairs, Trade Shows and professional societies.
    • Give effective group presentations for both internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration from an accredited University.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the field of Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Preferably in the field of Construction.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and write in the English and Arabic languages on a professional level.
  • Strong Computer skills and ability to use software applications including Office Applications and other presentation tools.
  • Excellent mathematical and calculation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds.
  • Organized and presentable.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, some over night travel to cover sales territory.
  • Dedication, Motivation, Integrity and excellent team spirit.
  • Valid Driver’s License required. Preferably owns a car.
