Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with target audiences, managing and sustaining customer relationships.
- Targeting growth in the number of clients along with empowering relationships with clients by providing different sectors.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers and partner organisations.
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
- Actively researching DotMasr's potential clients and pursuing new business relationships.
- Provide leadership and assistance to marketing teams and generating new marketing plans and ideas.
- Generate leads through different channels such as Mobile, Internet and referrals… etc.
- Collaborate with the client to convey the proper message for what DotMasr offers.
- Provide the client with recommendation for the ultimate services that meet his requirement.
