Job Description

  • Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
Report to : Administration Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Males Only
  • Very Good Command in English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Administration. 
  • Giza or 6 October Residents preferred.
  • Very Good Communication skills.
  • Very Good User of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Personality.
