Job Description

  • Community Coordinator would assist icealex Team by performing related duties and support operations by maintaining quality systems for icealex team, community, partners, as well as events & activities.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage community partnerships
  • Follow up on social media related topics
  • Develop database of network partners
  • Monitor membership tracking system
  • Monitor Volunteers tracking system
  • Carry out human resources management tasks
  • Financial Management
  • Peridically report to Top Management 
  • Performs other administrative and operational duties as required or as assigned.
  • Events Planning and Management

Job Requirements

Requirements :
  • Relevant proven work experience (fresh graduates considered if they have the right characteristics and are quick learners).
  • University degree in Business Administration or similar are recommended.
  • Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English
  • Excellent research and report writing skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.
