Job Description
- Understand the essence of company’s business and nature and provide best possible assistance up to capacity.
- Manage all relevant front office duties in terms of receiving clients and services providers
- Assist Country Director with administrative work.
- Actively communicate with overseas Pearson colleagues and provide assistance when needed.
- Keep record of staff check in and out and submit it to Social Insurance inspectors when required.
- Monitor and document office spending and report back to the finance team
- Manage Petty Cash and file all relevant receipts.
- File all office documents.
- Take care of post, collect & distribute.
- Ensures sound operation of office equipment ( printers, data shows, telephones …etc.) and call for repairs when needed
- Provide back office sales support to Higher Education and PQI teams.
