Job Description

  • Understand the essence of company’s business and nature and provide best possible assistance up to capacity.
  • Manage all relevant front office duties in terms of receiving clients and services providers
  • Assist Country Director with administrative work.
  • Actively communicate with overseas Pearson colleagues and provide assistance when needed.
  • Keep record of staff check in and out and submit it to Social Insurance inspectors when required.
  • Monitor and document office spending and report back to the finance team
  • Manage Petty Cash and file all relevant receipts.
  • File all office documents.
  • Take care of post, collect & distribute.
  • Ensures sound operation of office equipment ( printers, data shows, telephones …etc.) and call for repairs when needed
  • Provide back office sales support to Higher Education and PQI teams.

  • Experience of working in an office environment and potential interactive with customers and clients.
  • Solution oriented.
