Job Purpose:
- Will responsible for the seamless execution to ensure each customer’s creations are produced as quickly as possible. You will provide critical feedback on whether models can be made given varied material parameters. Together, alongside your colleagues, you will continuously seek to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the companies acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones; Objectives of Business Development Team
- Participate in the formation of the company general Policies, strategies and values;
- Develop; test and apply business concepts and model, continually;
- Initiate; negotiate and enrich strategic partnership nationally and worldwide;
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met;
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events;
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport, set up meetings and inform them about new developments in the company’s products;
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and promotional materials;
- Develop quotes and proposals;
- Negotiate and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Report on a weekly base (achievable – Challenges and suggestions)
- Pursue academic and technical advancement .(Very critical condition)
Work Conditions:
- Office hours: 9 Am- 5 PM Daily (extended working hours are expected)
- Working days: Sunday through Thursday, with weekends on Friday and Saturday
- Work-related obligations sometimes require weekend attendance.
