Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Objectives of the Service Bureau Team:

Develop a production system from design to packaging to ensure efficient production,
Assess feasibility of customers’ designs and requirements,
Continuous development and improvement, with the goal of reducing down time, failures,
Troubleshooting, develop preventative maintenance schedules, best practices and improvements to techniques,
Establish educational Labs for customers including provision of training and support,
Ensure timely production of customer models,
Manage consumables and spare parts inventory to ensure the uninterrupted performance.
Cost estimating and cost control,
Developing and conducting practical training courses

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

Character and integrity.
A passion for learning and development.
Creativity, resourcefulness and a passion for adopting new technologies.
An engineering sense to be able to comprehend the concepts of the various modeling techniques and the electro-mechanics as well as reversed engineering.
Can use of CAD and 3D modelling software programs. (Solidworks, Blender, Rhino, Sketchup, Cura,Simplify3D)
Above standard operation of computers, basic software (MS Office).
Being a constructive team player with good social & communication skills. (Also in situations where electronic communication is the only available medium).
Good command of the English language.
Hard efficient worker.
