Job Description
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health insurance benefits, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Handles employee relations counseling, counseling and exit interviewing when needed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: B.Sc. of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or any related field (English Section Only)
Language: Excellent Command of English is a must.
Preferably lives in the following neighborhoods: Duqqi, Agouza, Zamalek, Mohandessein or Garden City.
