Technical Qualifications:
Have the following technical profile:
- A solid & strong knowledge and awareness with core infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS and DHCP).
- Very good knowledge of networking fundamentals, and basic troubleshooting of communication problem of wire/wireless devices.
Very good experience in administration and configuration MOST of following products and technologies:
- Microsoft Active directory infrastructure.
- Microsoft Cloud services (office 365 & AZURE)
- Microsoft System Center Family
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 & later versions.
- Microsoft SharePoint 2007 & Later versions.
- Microsoft WSUS
- Microsoft CA
- Microsoft KMS
- Microsoft IIS Service
Good experience in administration and configuration of following products and technologies:
- Basic Microsoft SQL server administration.
- Symantec Enterprise Vault
- Symantec Backup Exec
- VMWare ESXi.
- Microsoft UAG
- Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 2010 & Later versions.
Job Requirements
Certificates:
- University degree is a requirement. Relevant IT certificates will be a good plus.
- Microsoft certificate MCITP.
- Other relevant certificate is plus.
Language:
- Fluency in English language verbal, reading and writing.
Skills:
Professional Skills:
- Very good communication skills and customer handling skills is a must.
- Reporting & Documentation skills is a big plus.
- Good adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Highly organized, works well in a team based environment.
Personal Skills:
- Ability to balance a number of conflicting priorities and make decisions.
- Must be able to maintain focus whilst under pressure.
- Good linguistic skills in both Arabic & English, verbal, reading and writing.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Ability to identify/analyse technical issues and develop solutions.
