Job Description
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Managing correspondence.
- Setting up and maintaining filing system.
- Following up opportunities.
- Responsible for some HR procedures.
- Ensure that filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Assist the personnel department in Filing documents& writing formal Letters (HR & Banks letters)
- Working with the recruitment department in the CVs filing system
- Responsible for organizing staff community & recreational activities.
- Exit Interviews in case required
- Support in the company’s Medical insurance process documentation
- Maintaining Employee Files
- Orienting Employees
- Prepare admin related Documents “ Emails , forms ,templates , letters”
Job Requirements
- College graduate, with 0-2 years professional experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong admin, communication and computer skills.
- Administrative Writing Skills
