Job Description

  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Managing correspondence.
  • Setting up and maintaining filing system.
  • Following up opportunities.
  • Responsible for some HR procedures.
  • Ensure that filing systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Assist the personnel department in Filing documents& writing formal Letters (HR & Banks letters)
  • Working with the recruitment department in the CVs filing system
  • Responsible for organizing staff community & recreational activities.
  • Exit Interviews in case required
  • Support in the company’s Medical insurance process documentation
  • Maintaining Employee Files
  • Orienting Employees
  • Prepare admin related Documents “ Emails , forms ,templates , letters”

Job Requirements

  • College graduate, with 0-2 years professional experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong admin, communication and computer skills.
  • Administrative Writing Skills

  • Teamwork
