Job Description

  • Handle all incoming related calls and forward them to the necessary parties
  • Initiate outbound calls to offer our service to customers.
  • Handle Customer inquiries via Phone calls and Emails.
  • Input sales data in Sales tracking spreadsheet / CRM
  • Maintain the contact database including adding, modifying and deleting contacts
  • Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
  • Ability to maintain and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • English from good to very good
  • Computer Skills Microsoft office & outlook
