- Handle all incoming related calls and forward them to the necessary parties
- Initiate outbound calls to offer our service to customers.
- Handle Customer inquiries via Phone calls and Emails.
- Input sales data in Sales tracking spreadsheet / CRM
- Maintain the contact database including adding, modifying and deleting contacts
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
- Ability to maintain and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
