Job Description
- Manage Clients' Relationship and ensure Clients Satisfaction.
- Align with Technology and Product Managers .
- Identify Prospects and Clients’ Needs/Requirements.
- Generates Leads and Opportunities and closes Sales to grow the Business within the Client Scope.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 + years of professional experience in sales of market research/customer experience/customer satisfaction
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Business /MIS , IT)
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Ability to present and articulate analytic solutions, surveys' results and data analysis
- Ability to think out-of-the-box and impress customers with original line of thinking
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Arabic mother tongue
- Valid KSA Residency and driving license with transformable iqama for non-Saudi
