Job Description
- Arrange, supervise & record design meetings with Client and Sub-Consultants to build the project history.
- Prepare and monitor project time schedule for design stages
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- Integrate the Client's comments and pursuing formal approval and stage close-out.
- Lead and manage the project team, sub-consultants, for the preparation of tender drawings and tender documents and ensuring competency on the level of details to enable the tender to be obtained and to minimize the risk to the Client.
- Responsible for all technical issues during design stages from concept design to tender stage.
- Preparation of design reports and detailed proposals.
Job Requirements
- BS Architectural Engineering
- P.M.P. is preferable
- 10-20 years of working experience
Specialist Knowledge:
- Project Pro, Primavera, Experience in Multi-Story Towers, Multi-use business buildings and
Soft Skills and Personality Traits:
- Should interact with Client, Client Representative, Main Office and Sub-Consultants.
- Can work with good performance under pressure, good ability to interact with Clients and Contractors, Good communication and mediator skills.
- Language Fluency: English
