Project Manager Primary responsibilities

• Direct the activities and productivity of project.
• Provide and deliver guidelines for project team.
• Follow up project activities RFQ`s, submittals, designs, quality, supplies, and others.
• Cost control and follow up project cash projection.
• Manage project contract with clients.
• Approve project plans, schedule, and budget.
• Manage / monitor project cash follow and invoices.
• Manage project resources.
• Delegate appropriate personnel for different project areas.
• Manage Project changes
• Update project plans, schedules, and budget periodically.
• Manage project stockholders.
• Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the project.
• Support / manage the program's strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Ensure performance goals are met and set.
