An international amusement park provider is looking to hire Guest Service Supervisors to handle the following responsibilities:
An international amusement park provider is looking to hire Guest Service Supervisors to handle the following responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors including tour groups and foreign visitors
- Delivering exceptional customer service and handling all guest complaints and queries
- Being up-to-date with products, promotions and services
- Assisting guests with sales and bookings and performing suggestive selling advice
- Managing guest service team during daily operations, including the information desk, ticket counters, call center and access control
- Daily reporting to finance and ensuring correct results in revenue reports
- Generating work rotation for the staff on a weekly/monthly basis
- Checking staff attendance on a daily basis and reporting to Guest Services Manager
- Conducting orientation for new employees and ensuring all staff is trained in operational procedures
- Invoicing all cash and credit and ensuring all paperwork are dropped in the cash drop for financial purposes
Job Requirements
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and public holidays (6 days a week - 9 hours a day)
- Good English speaking ability
- A minimun experience of 3 years in a customer-facing position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to supervise and motivate teams
