Job Description:

An international amusement park provider is looking to hire Guest Service Supervisors to handle the following responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting visitors including tour groups and foreign visitors
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and handling all guest complaints and queries 
  • Being up-to-date with products, promotions and services
  • Assisting guests with sales and bookings and performing suggestive selling advice
  • Managing guest service team during daily operations, including the information desk, ticket counters, call center and access control
  • Daily reporting to finance and ensuring correct results in revenue reports
  • Generating work rotation for the staff on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Checking staff attendance on a daily basis and reporting to Guest Services Manager
  • Conducting orientation for new employees and ensuring all staff is trained in operational procedures
  • Invoicing all cash and credit and ensuring all paperwork are dropped in the cash drop for financial purposes

Job Requirements

  • Flexibility in terms of working hours and public holidays (6 days a week - 9 hours a day)
  • Good English speaking ability
  • A minimun experience of 3 years in a customer-facing position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to supervise and motivate teams
