Job Description

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues involving internet connectivity;
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
  • Follow standard processes and procedures;
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications

Job Requirements

Employment Conditions:
  • University Graduate (University Degree)
  • Males must have identified Military Status
  • Ability to work on a 24 hours shift basis that will include night hours.

Qualifications:

  • Starting from Good to Fluent command of English, written and spoken.(Assessment will be conducted by the HR representative to recommend you to the proper project)
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with people.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good Computer Knowledge, proficiency in using MS Office application
