Job Description
- Responsible for servers, communications, backup, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
- Recommends the design and configuration of operating systems and system applications.
- Investigates and analysis feasibility of WAN and communication systems.
- Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department.
Job Requirements
- BSC in computer science.
- Microsoft Certificate IT professional (MCITP).
- Microsoft certificate Exchange Server.
- Good Knowledge in Windows server services “”AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS …etc.”
- Experience with Exchange 2013, Office 365, Skype for business and SharePoint
- Fully aware with the VMWare 6
- High potential & Communication skills.
- Desire to provide the highly levels of service to customers.
- Good problem-solving / decision making skills.
- Good organizational skills.
