Job Description
- Organizational wide project management assignments.
Perform all project management activities for the assigned project to achieve project objectives for the assigned projects. - Prepare and maintain projects plans, risks register, and issues log.
- Monitor actual project progress against Scope, Schedule, and cost baselines.
- Drive project works effectively through diplomatic or firm decisions as needed.
- Maintain respective reputation among key stakeholders through building professional communications channels.
- Report project status to the concerned stakeholders as per the project communication plans.
- Analyse business process effectiveness and efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing teams’ capabilities and competences throughout project assignments.
- Guide the project team while achieving project objectives and balancing the project constraints.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Computer / Communication Engineering.
- Industry: Software Development / Infrastructure.
Preferably: PMP Certified And/Or Agile/Scrum Knowledge. - Performance: Ability and willingness to achieve tough project objectives through applying project management standards.
- Business Oriented Skills.
- Competency in guiding and motivating.
- Leadership, Team building, Motivation, Communication, Influencing, Decision making, Political and cultural awareness, Negotiation, Trust building, Conflict management, and Coaching.
- Age: 27-30.
- Very Good command of English.
