Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- You will be the facade of the hotel in any guest communication and needs.
- Accomodate guests, answering guest inquiries, communicate with other departments guest needs
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Handle the Computer PMS (property management system like ..Fidelio, Opera, Comsys)
- Handles company reservations
- Handle Telephone Calls of the hotel
Job Requirements
- Allert with a very high sense of responsibility
- Neet & Representative
- Good command of Spoken and written English & Arabic
- Knwledge of Operating Systems is a major advantage (Comsys)
- Targeted Age 22- 35 years
- University Education
- Good communication skills
- Experience is an advantage especially in Hospitality industries
