Job Title: Reciptionest & Customer Agent
Department: Service Center
Direct reports: Service Center Manager
- Meeting and welcoming clients
- Receive and deliver the customer’s devices
- answering the phone and directing calls.
- Responsible for payment of local purchasing.
- Arranging hotel booking and transportation for Aptec visitors.
- Arrange the financial requires for service center division

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 3-4 years’ experience (2 years relevant experience is a must)

- Excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
- Attention to details, good selling on the telephone and time management skills,
- Good planning and self-organizing skills
