Job Description

Job Title: Reciptionest & Customer Agent
Department: Service Center
Direct reports: Service Center Manager

  • Meeting and welcoming clients
  • Receive and deliver the customer’s devices
  • answering the phone and directing calls.
  • Responsible for payment of local purchasing.
  • Arranging hotel booking and transportation for Aptec visitors.
  • Arrange the financial requires for service center division

Qualification & Experience:

  • Excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
  • Attention to details, good selling on the telephone and time management skills,
  • Good planning and self-organizing skills
  • Customer orientated, approachable.
