- The reasonable arrangement of mobile phone repair according to the service center business situation
- Monthly KPI assessment to all staff,
- Solving customer problems, 5S and other service center daily affairs
Job Requirements
- Good organization, coordination and management skills
- Have strong professional knowledge and the ability to analysis and solve problem.

- Have been working for more than 2 years as a mobile phone maintenance engineer or customer care
- Must have a background in Mobile phone industry and Mobile maintenance
