Job Description
- Our Client, an international managed services provider, seeks an IT Field Technician to support a global company in Egypt.
- The role will involve IT support to assist in the management of IT operations and application support in client offices in Egypt.
- This position is responsible for maintaining quality IT services and driving change for the business.
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in an IT support function with a strong focus on customer service.
- They should have great priority setting skills, be self motivated, approachable and results-driven. Deep understanding of fault domain isolation, and root-cause analysis is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of Mac OS architecture and Mac OS X system administration and applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and basic AD administration is desirable, and comprehensive knowledge and experience with Google Apps for Business is required.
