Job Description
- Support LANs, WANs and intranet systems.
- Maintain system efficiency. • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
- Maintain network and system security.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Evaluate and modify system's performance.
- Maintain the UPS(s), generators and other server room facilities.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
- Configure and maintain Windows NT/2000 environment services, Including Active Directory, DFS, WINS, DNS, DHCP, file replications and logon scripts.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, software deployment, security updates and patches.
- Configure and administer virtual environments.
Job Requirements
- Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Communication bachelor degree.
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Males only
- Knowledge of windows server 2008 / 2012 & Linux OS , AIX is preferable
- Has a strong background on system and network administration
- Preferred to have CCNA, MCTIP, MCTS or VM ware
