Duties:
- A hands-on representative of the Human Resources department whose job is to help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions.
- Works immediately with the HR manager but does not ordinarily supervise anyone directly.
- Works with both current employees and new hires, making this a key position within a company.
Duties:
- Implementing staff recruitment & selection processes as per company's needs & plans.
- Handling CV searches, shortlists, candidate interviews and reference checks.
- Conduct applicant interview and ensure selecting best candidate in close co-operation with line manager.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Collect training needs analysis from different departments across the company.
- Assist in the development of the job analysis and job descriptions.
- Update organizational chart regularly and keep records of old versions.
Job Requirements
- Reputable Bachelor degree, HR Diploma or MBA is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities
- 2-4 years experienced in HR general tasks
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
