Job Description
- Greeting customers and determine their needs and wants.
- Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements.
- Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
- Answers customers’ queries and concerns.
- determine prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates.
- Prepare sales invoices and accepted payment through cash, cheque and credit card.
- Supervising the selling operation for the end.
- Assisting in display of merchandise.
- Maintain sales records for inventory control.
- Recording customer information on the database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (Business administration department preferred) .
- 0-2 Experience (Indoor sales).
- Presentation skills.
- Communication skills.
- Report writing.
- Computer skills( Excel is must).
- Negotiation skills.
