Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Field Engineer. As a field engineer, you're required mainly to work in the "Field" (i.e. at Customer's side).
Responsibilities:
- System installation & configuration
- Interface with clients (Training, Requirements Collection)
- Monitoring System health
- Identify use models & communicate them to the development team
- Qualify system quality with QA team
Job Requirements
- Very good communication skills
- Software Development background (SQL, .NET, Web)
- Aware of Software development life-cycle
- Very good command of English
- Hardware knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to travel is a must
