Office Manager / Administrator (Males only)

It is a Multinational company has branches in Malaysia , Turkey , Ukraine , Syria , Sudan and Egypt
Requires " Office Manager / Administrator ", his tasks will be as follows :
- Receiving e.mails
- Dealing with Banks
- Handling the policies of importing and exporting
- Excellent English language with an ability to translate documents.(English-Arabic-English)
- Running extensive written business emails and letters with clients and foreigner third parties showing business emails of correct grammar, tactfulness, and informative manner.
- To have an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Maintenance of personnel files and Personnel Action Forms
- Benefits administration and staff compensation
- Counsel and advice to staff on personal and
- Develop, manage and implement personnel policies;
- Work with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training opportunities
- Effectively interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all of the people-related and office management
- Make certain that all administrative systems and processes are highly reliable, finely tuned and well delivered with an aim toward pro-action rather than reaction
