Job Description

Office Manager / Administrator (Males only)

A company works in the field of importing and exporting , specialized in food and grains

It is a Multinational company has branches in Malaysia , Turkey , Ukraine , Syria , Sudan and Egypt

Requires " Office Manager / Administrator ", his tasks will be as follows :

  • Receiving e.mails
  • Dealing with Banks
  • Handling the policies of importing and exporting
  • Excellent English language with an ability to translate documents.(English-Arabic-English)
  • Running extensive written business emails and letters with clients and foreigner third parties showing business emails of correct grammar, tactfulness, and informative manner.
  • To have an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
  • Maintenance of personnel files and Personnel Action Forms
  • Benefits administration and staff compensation
  • Counsel and advice to staff on personal and
  • Develop, manage and implement personnel policies;
  • Work with staff and management to facilitate staff development and training opportunities
  • Effectively interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all of the people-related and office management
  • Make certain that all administrative systems and processes are highly reliable, finely tuned and well delivered with an aim toward pro-action rather than reaction

  • Resident in :10th .Ramadan -  Obour‏ City -Shorouk‏‏ City - El Rehab 
  • Suitable university Degree.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in Administration
  • Preferred candidates who have experience of export and/or import
  • Net Salary 3000 
  • Work schedules of ( 9:00 pm to 5:00 pm )
P.S: you will be employed by us FOR FREE as our deal is with the company itself, The candidate does NOT pay any fees .
