Job Description

  • Fleet Monthly closure for corporate customers
  • Data entry and maintain the data into the internal system (RentWay)
  • Follow up and monitor operational activities (Customer visits/ Monthly reports)
  • Response time in replying to emails (Immediate first reply)
  • Monthly license renewal reports send to Admin department regularly
  • Post event surveys after maintenance/ repair tasks
  • Reports and Annex’s sent to Finance department by new vehicles delivered
  • Customer complaints recorded, filled and followed up until closure
  • Accurate filling process
  • Issue & Update required proposals
  • Sales first approach
  • Issue New Contracts and track customer serial coding.

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration .
  • Experience : 0 to 2 Years of experience in Administration .
  • Languages : Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
