Job Description
- Fleet Monthly closure for corporate customers
- Data entry and maintain the data into the internal system (RentWay)
- Follow up and monitor operational activities (Customer visits/ Monthly reports)
- Response time in replying to emails (Immediate first reply)
- Monthly license renewal reports send to Admin department regularly
- Post event surveys after maintenance/ repair tasks
- Reports and Annex’s sent to Finance department by new vehicles delivered
- Customer complaints recorded, filled and followed up until closure
- Accurate filling process
- Issue & Update required proposals
- Sales first approach
- Issue New Contracts and track customer serial coding.
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration .
- Experience : 0 to 2 Years of experience in Administration .
- Languages : Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
