Job Description
- Conduct basic training courses that are related to the field force such as selling skills and soft skills for the newly hired and experienced medical representatives.
- Design and conduct Refreshment training for the assigned Med. Reps
- Help training department in conducting a TNA in the assigned zone.
- Coordinate with the district managers in assessing and evaluating the performance level of the Med. Reps.
- Design, organize and conduct a coaching plan that would target improving the performance level List.
- Follow up with district managers to continue improving the performance of the Med. Reps. according to the coaching plan.
- Regular reporting monthly basis- to TM regarding progress of the Med. Reps.
- Feedback to the training department about the practical implementation and the required changes with the objective of fine tuning,
- Updating skills training program.
- Ensure that business is conducted according to Policies, Procedures, Standards and Values.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales and experience to coach and lead a field sales team.
- A proven track record of developing high performing teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep those in the team working as a team and ensuring that their morale remains high.
- Strong communication skills for forging sales ideas. Such professionals must be energetic, driven, organized and target achievers.
- Adequate technical abilities including Microsoft office applications and good analytical abilities.
- High Leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire others, communicate effectively, able to develop others, and setting defined goals.
- Able to transfer the knowledge in a comprehensive and clear manner.
- Outstanding command of English language.
- Competitive presentation skills.
