Job Description
- Handle all incoming related calls and forward them to the necessary parties
- Handle all incoming and outgoing faxes
- Order all office supplies as required
- Prepare month end income and expense reports
- Input sales data in Sales tracking spreadsheet
- Track all advertising responses and source of business to prepare weekly or monthly reports
- Can accurately track what is working and what isn't ( Filter the inventory)
- Filling Client's Papers ( Hard Copy and Soft Copy)
- Sort through closed deal files to eliminate duplicate/unnecessary paperwork but ensuring
- That we keep proper paper trails before filing
- Filter & input all leads into the contact management system & put them on to activity plans
- Maintain the contact database including adding, modifying and deleting contacts
- Obtain all necessary contact information fields (new addresses for sellers, closing dates, etc.)
- Record all client complaints and review with management
- Input buyer/seller contacts into Agents lead database
- Prepare Listing Presentation and all required listing paperwork
- Contact agents after showing and ask them for feedback
- Count buyer's showings and appointments
- Prepare Transaction closed report and send it to the accounting department
Job Requirements
- Experience :2-5 preferred in Real Estate
- Proficient usage of computer and internet
- Ability to work under pressure
